Our new Online Banking & NSBmobile app is HERE!!

The new and improved system combines Online Banking and Cash Management into one easy to access platform and features upgraded card controls, enhanced security, a new mobile banking app and more!

First Time Login Process

IMPORTANT: To ensure a smooth first-time login, it is important that your Online Banking Profile includes your current phone number and email address. Please login to review and update this information as soon as possible. If you need assistance, please contact us at 812-852-4002.

Once the new system is live on October 29, 2025, you will be able to login using your existing User ID and Password. Upon your first login you will have the option to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. You will simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely login.

Please be aware of the following key first time login reminders.

  • If you utilize biometrics to access digital banking, be sure you know your User ID and Password prior to October 29, 2025.
  • If you are unsure of your User ID, please contact us for assistance.
  • If you are unsure of your Password, you can easily reset it by selecting “Forgot Password” from the Online Banking login screen and following the on-screen prompts.

NEW NSBmobile Banking App

Our NSBmobile Banking app is also getting an update! Once the new system is live on October 29, 2025, you can access the new NSBmobile Banking app in two ways:

  • Through our Current Mobile Banking App

    Open our current app, and you will be redirected to download the new app. Once downloaded, login with your existing User ID and Password as noted above, then delete the old app.

  • OR

  • Direct Download

    Search for The Napoleon State Bank in your device’s app store and download the new app. Login with your existing User ID and Password, as noted above. Once the new app has been downloaded, please delete the old app.

FAQs

There are several very important dates to keep in mind as we prepare for this transition.

Beginning Friday, October 24, 2025:
Bill Pay will be disabled at 4:00 PM EST. 

Monday, October 27, 2025:
As we begin preparing for the transition, customers will not have the ability to create new profiles to gain online banking access, make mobile deposits or to enroll in eStatements after 5:00 PM EST. All personal online banking profiles will be set to “view only” mode. During this time personal users only will be able to access and view your accounts, but will not have access to conduct any transactions, such as transferring funds between accounts, paying bills, depositing checks or managing cards. Rest assured; your accounts are safe during this transition period. We’ll be working hard behind the scenes to make sure all details are taken care of in preparation for going live.

Cash Management Users: ACH files will need to be submitted prior to 2:00 PM EST. Cash Management access will be disabled completely starting at 10:00 PM EST and will remain disabled throughout the remainder of the next day as well.

Tuesday, October 28, 2025: 
Online Banking and Mobile App remains in Inquiry Only mode. 

Cash Management Users: Cash Management remains disabled. 

Wednesday, October 29, 2025: GO LIVE!
Approximately at 10:00 AM EST you will access your accounts from the same login, with a refreshed look and feel, more intuitive design features, and improved functionality.

We recommend that you:

  • To ensure a smooth first-time login, it is important that your Online Banking Profile includes your current phone number and email address. Please login to review and update this information as soon as possible. If you need assistance, please contact us at 812-852-4002.

The transition to the new platform should be relatively seamless, but verifying your information and credentials will help to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Personal Users will have "Inquiry Only" access to online banking during the update period. During this time personal users only will be able to access and view  accounts, but will not have access to conduct any transactions, such as transferring funds between accounts, paying bills, depositing checks or managing cards.
  • Cash Management Users will lose access on the evening of October 27 at 10:00 PM EST and will not regain access until we go live on October 29 at 10:00 AM EST.
The upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software. Please act prior to October 19, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition. Click here for conversion instructions.

Most settings will transfer over during the update. You will need to reconfigure any Alerts you had created, along with any card controls on our previous systems.
