There are several very important dates to keep in mind as we prepare for this transition.
Beginning Friday, October 24, 2025:
Bill Pay will be disabled at 4:00 PM EST.
Monday, October 27, 2025:
As we begin preparing for the transition, customers will not have the ability to create new profiles to gain online banking access, make mobile deposits or to enroll in eStatements after 5:00 PM EST. All personal online banking profiles will be set to “view only” mode. During this time personal users only will be able to access and view your accounts, but will not have access to conduct any transactions, such as transferring funds between accounts, paying bills, depositing checks or managing cards. Rest assured; your accounts are safe during this transition period. We’ll be working hard behind the scenes to make sure all details are taken care of in preparation for going live.
Cash Management Users: ACH files will need to be submitted prior to 2:00 PM EST. Cash Management access will be disabled completely starting at 10:00 PM EST and will remain disabled throughout the remainder of the next day as well.
Tuesday, October 28, 2025:
Online Banking and Mobile App remains in Inquiry Only mode.
Cash Management Users: Cash Management remains disabled.
Wednesday, October 29, 2025: GO LIVE!
Approximately at 10:00 AM EST you will access your accounts from the same login, with a refreshed look and feel, more intuitive design features, and improved functionality.
