- If you're using the "Remember My ID" setting on your NSBmobile app, please visit www.napoleonstatebank.com, log in to Online Banking, and change your Personal ID.
- If you're not using “Remember My ID” there is no need to change your ID.
We recommend locking your device with a password and/or biometric authentication. If your device is stolen, the thief would not be able to access your phone without knowing that password or seeing your biometric identity.
