The Napoleon State Bank’s mobile banking app, NSBmobile, puts everyday banking tasks at your fingertips. It’s free to download and offers quick access for managing your bank accounts. Check your balances, deposit checks, pay bills, transfer money, control your cards and locate ATMs and branch locations with just a touch. Our NSBmobile app is fast, secure and free. Use your current login information to start banking today. 

NSBmobile Banking supports:

  • You must first be signed up for The Napoleon State Bank’s Online Banking program by contacting the bank or clicking Enroll Now on our website in the Internet Banking Login box. 
  • Download the NSBmobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play to your device.
  • You will login in with the same passwords, phrases and encryptions you would on your computer.

NSBmobile Deposit
  • You must first be signed up for The Napoleon State Bank’s Online Banking program and download the NSBmobile App to your device.
  • Once in the app, click on the menu button, select Mobile Deposit, follow the prompts. After entering the information, you will receive an email to let you know that you are enrolled and are able to deposit checks via the app.
  • Yes, this service is FREE, along with the NSBmobile app, and Online Banking.
  • After you have received your email regarding enrollment, you will click on the menu button, select Mobile Deposit, endorse the check with your signature and “Mobile Deposit Only”, take a picture of your check to be deposited (front & back), and click submit.
  • You will receive confirmation that your check has been submitted. It will be up to you to verify your deposit was placed in your account.

Yes, there is a  a daily limit of (10) ten deposits with a combined amount not to exceed $1000. If your needs will be greater than this, exceptions can be made in some cases. Please call Customer Service at 812-852-4002 for further assistance.

Deposits made prior to 3:00 p.m. (EST) on a business day will generally be available the same day and subject to the Funds Availability disclosure provided during account opening. Deposits made after 3:00 p.m. (EST) will be available the next business day. Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays are not considered “business days”.

It will be up to you to verify that the check was deposited into the correct account. This can be done by checking your balance online, through the NSBmobile app, Voice Access, or by calling the bank directly. Please notify our EDP Processing Dept. at 812-852-1600 if your check was not deposited within 3-4 days.

We recommend that you prominently mark the items as “Electronically Presented”, “VOID” or otherwise, and verify that it was deposited into the correct account. You should keep the check for at least 30 calendar days from the date of the deposit. After 30 days you should destroy the check.

Help with Passwords and Accessing my Accounts

  • We never request personal information through email.
  • And we never store your personal banking information on your phone.

Don't worry, we can help. First follow all of the steps recommended by your service provider for a lost or stolen device.

  • If you're using the "Remember My ID" setting on your NSBmobile app, please visit www.napoleonstatebank.com, log in to Online Banking, and change your Personal ID.
  • If you're not using “Remember My ID” there is no need to change your ID.

We recommend locking your device with a password and/or biometric authentication. If your device is stolen, the thief would not be able to access your phone without knowing that password or seeing your biometric identity.

Explore options for remote locate/remote wipe software for your device through your app store to aide in reducing risk.

It’s important to download mobile apps from reputable sources only. Make sure The Napoleon State Bank is listed as the app publisher or seller in the app store or download site. If you have suspicions about the authenticity of a mobile banking app, contact us at 812.852.4002.
Paying Bills
Bill Pay is a free bill pay service that lets you make payments to anyone in the U.S. from your Napoleon State Bank checking account.This service is available within Internet Banking and NSBmobile app. 
Visit www.napoleonstatebank.com and click “Enroll Now” in the login section on the right side of the screen.
First check to make sure that you are making a “Transfer” instead of using “Bill Pay”. The feature “apply to principle” is only available if you use the “Transfer” option, selecting the loan to be applied, then the selection “Principle-Only Payment” will appear.
