Fraud is everywhere and the bank has ramped up our card security program to protect you, but we need your help!
Do you know your PIN?
Due to increased security, you will need to know your PIN at the point of sale on most transactions. Can't remember it? Please call our EDP department to reset your PIN, 812-852-1600.
Denied at the checkout?
Try running your card as a debit. You will need your PIN # to complete the transaction.
Let us know so we can closely monitor your account(s) especially if you are leaving the country.
Do we have your current phone number?
This is vital so that our fraud department can contact you if necessary.
Check your accounts regularly and report unauthorized transactions immediately.
