Hello, my name is Chelsa Dwenger. I grew up in Milan, graduated from Milan High School, & earned my B.A. in Business Administration from Hanover College. I enjoy camping with my family & volunteering with Ripley County 4-H & Delaware Vol. Fire Department. I joined The Napoleon State Bank in 2020 and have over 22 years banking experience to share.
