Recently we have experienced an increase in phone calls from customers saying that they have received a text that their debit card is on hold or temporarily locked and to enter their debit card number and other identifying information. This is a scam! If you receive this text DO NOT respond! We will never text you and request this kind of information. If you have concerns please call your branch (do not call the number that you received the text from) and we will be happy to assist you.
