Chairman

Mr. Harmeyer was elected to the Board of Directors in 2005. He is Vice President of Harmeyer Farms Inc.

Ms. Gookins was appointed to the Board of Directors in January 2021. She is currently a partner at Terry & Gookins, LLC, Attorneys at Law.

Vice-Chairman

Mr. Peetz was elected to the Board of Directors in 1989. He is the co-owner of the Greensburg Printing Company, Inc.

President

Mr. Moorman was hired as a Loan Officer in 1984, and has served as a Branch Manager and Executive Vice President of Lending. He is the current President and CEO of The Napoleon State Bank.

Mr. Kessens was hired as an Assistant Cashier/Loan Officer in 1981. He served as President and CEO of The Napoleon State Bank from 1990-2015.

Mr. Comer was hired as Holton Branch Manager in 1978, and elected to the Board of Directors in 1991. He served as President and CEO for The Napoleon State Bank from 2016-2019.

Mr. Fry was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2013. He is the co-owner of H.O.P. Communications in Greensburg, IN.
