Edward Fry
Chairman
Mr. Fry was elected to the Board of Directors in 1977. Mr. Fry was elected Chairman during the March 2002 Board of Directors meeting. Mr. Fry is also a local farmer. 
R. Stephen Gookins
Vice-Chairman
Mr. Gookins was elected to the Board of Directors in 1973. He is the Interim Superintendent of The Lawrenceburg Community School Corporation.
Leslie W. Kessens
President
Mr. Kessens was elected to the Board of Directors in 1989. He is currently the President and CEO of Napoleon State Bank.
Mark A. Comer
Executive Vice President & Cashier
Mr. Comer was elected to the Board of Directors in 1991. He is currently the Executive Vice President and Cashier of Napoleon State Bank.
Wayne Peetz
Board Member
Mr. Peetz was elected to the Board of Directors in 1989. He is the co-owner of the Greensburg Printing Company, Inc.
Ron Harmeyer
Board Member
Mr. Harmeyer was elected to the Board of Directors in 1990. He is the retired owner of Harmeyer Grocery.
Irvin J. Harmeyer
Board Member
Mr. Harmeyer was elected to the Board of Directors on December 3, 2005. He is Vice President of Harmeyer Farms Inc., and is Chairman of the Ripley County Soil & Water Conservation.
